Recommended use

Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)

Proceed in this way often, as long as necessary. When the wound contracts and starts to heal, then you can remove the bandage and put the (cooked/warm) yarrow directly on the wound and it will heal even more complication-free and perfectly.
Hieronymus Bock devoted wide space to yarrow in his New Kreuterbuch and writes about its hemostatic effect: "Dis herb is of a repugnant nature. where you crunch the herb and put that on the bloody wounds, the blood confesses."
