Quercetin is a secondary plant substance from the flavonoid group. It is found naturally in many foods, such as onions, kale, apples, berries, grapes and citrus fruits. Flavonoids in general, especially quercetin, are currently the subject of intensive research and are associated with numerous positive properties.

Per dose (2 capsules): 500 mg quercetin (from Sophora Japonica flowers) Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule shell, magnesium stearate from vegetable source Free from gluten, sugar and milk componentsRecommended dosage:
Take two capsules 1 - 2 x daily with a meal and sufficient liquid. Not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Discontinue use if side effects occur. Can be ideally combined with Elderberry NutraMedix, Resveratrol NutraMedix and Curcumin NutraMedix. Store dry and tightly closed at room temperature.
