Ingredients
Benedicula, mugwort, wormwood, yarrow, nettle, sage, spearmint, lemon balm, walnut leaf. From organic farming (Bioland).

Recommended use
Take 10-16 tablets daily. Slow increase from 1 tablet is advisable. To be taken during or after directly the meals.
At or after meals with adequate fluids. A slow increase in dose is recommended; however, the recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. In case of very sensitive stomach and intestines, please simmer the tabs in some water for about 20 minutes (preparation as Decoct tea). A balanced and varied diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle are important.
NOTE: not recommended in case of allergy mugwort or any of the ingredients. This traditional herbal formula naturally contains organic plant ingredients such as artemisinin, azulene, flavonoids and minerals. Not recommended in case of allergies/intolerances to one or more of these ingredients, composite herbs, during pregnancy, lactation and for children under 6 years of age. Herbal products develop their effect only with time, so be patient. If you are taking chemical medications, sometimes they can not be avoided; ask your therapist before discontinuing or reducing any medicine.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. The products are fresh sealed and according to § 312 g Abs. 2 No. 3 BGB for reasons of health protection and hygiene from a return, or excluded from exchange.
